Job Summary
The Enterprise Infrastructure team at the Magic Circle Law firm focuses on operational day-to-day support, maintenance, and service management of core technical solutions. We are seeking an experienced IAM Infrastructure Engineer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Identity and Access Management
- Oversee user identity infrastructure, platform management, and response to requests, incidents, and routine maintenance for Active Directory and Azure Entra ID.
- Manage and maintain MFA, Single Sign-On, Enterprise applications, and functions for Azure Entra ID Enterprise Functions.
- Infrastructure Management
- Manage and maintain DNS and DHCP solutions, Certificates, and enterprise technical infrastructure.
- Technical Support
- Provide day-to-day operational technical support, manage incidents, service requests, and technical changes, and perform regular ongoing systems maintenance and updates.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in operational technical infrastructure support.
- Deep technical experience and knowledge across Microsoft solutions, including MECM, SCOM, Windows Server Management, Active Directory, Azure Entra ID, Certificate Management, and network infrastructure services.
