Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Property Development Lawyer to join our team at The PM Law Group. As a key member of our Commercial Property Department, you will be responsible for handling a caseload of residential and commercial sales, purchases, and remortgages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a suitably sized caseload of conveyancing transactions, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
  • Attend regular training sessions, one-on-one meetings, and team meetings to stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders through various channels, including phone, email, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Conveyancing Manager and other senior team members to ensure seamless workflow and high-quality service delivery.
  • Perform other duties as required to support the growth and success of the Commercial Property Department.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a conveyancing fee earner role, with a strong understanding of conveyancing processes and procedures.
  • Proven ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Case Management Systems, Land Registry Portal, and Online SDLT.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of anti-money laundering legislation, CQS requirements, and SRA compliance obligations.
