Trade Mark Attorney or Intellectual Property Solicitor

Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and ambitious newly qualified or part-qualified Trade Mark Attorney or newly qualified solicitor to help us grow the team further. You will manage the trade mark portfolios and disputes of high-end clients who regularly push the boundaries of trade mark law, making for an exciting and challenging working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in all aspects of trade mark portfolio management, including disputes and litigation.
  • Undertake legal research.
  • Manage trade mark portfolios and disputes of high-end clients.

Requirements

  • Motivated, enthusiastic, and interested in developing their knowledge of IP law and trade mark prosecution.
  • Committed to furthering their career as a Trade Mark Attorney or IP solicitor.
  • Either partially and fully completed the Trade Mark Attorney qualification process, be a newly qualified solicitor, and/or be a qualified trade mark attorney or solicitor with up to 2 PQE.

Working Environment

The role would be based in Sheffield and will involve assisting in all aspects of trade mark portfolio management, including disputes and litigation. You will work alongside specialist practice and records managers and dedicated paralegals and billing staff.
