At Austin Fraser, we are currently seeking a skilled and motivated receptionist to join our team on a short-term contract. This exciting opportunity will see you work closely with our administration team, providing high-quality support and contributing to the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.

About the Role:

This part-time position will run from December 19th to December 31st, with the possibility of extension. You will be required to work Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm, earning a salary of £12.00 per hour.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have previous experience as a receptionist. Strong computer skills, particularly in Word and Excel, will also be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answering phone calls and responding to queries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintaining the office area, including tidying up and organizing equipment and supplies.
  • Providing administrative support, including data entry, mail sorting, and filing.
