Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum

This role is based in the UK and requires travel for supplier meetings and product development.

Job Description:Trendsetting Design Expertise
  • Develop market-leading products across various departments, including casual and formal wear, by researching and creating innovative designs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives that positively impact commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design commercially relevant, fashion-forward ranges using sales data, customer insights, and trend research.
  • Present trend research and direction to influence design decisions within the department.
  • Work closely with Buying, Merchandising, and Commercial leadership to ensure design vision aligns with brand strategy.
  • Identify and execute new product opportunities to maintain ASOS' position as a leader in the fashion market.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Significant experience designing across multiple product lines in casual and formal wear.
  • Strong understanding of the ASOS brand and customer.
  • Commercial acumen and ability to drive success through strategic thinking.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop and CAD software.
