About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AHP to join our team as an AHP Education Facilitator. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating the creation of a positive multi-professional learning environment in the workplace, where staff development is encouraged and supported.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contributing to the strategic planning and development of AHP training programmes to ensure alignment with organisational goals and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to identify training needs and develop comprehensive learning objectives and outcomes
  • Designing and delivering engaging training sessions, workshops, and educational materials that promote best practices and evidence-based care
  • Providing ongoing support, mentorship, and supervision to AHP students, preceptors, and newly qualified practitioners to facilitate their transition into clinical practice
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of training programmes through assessment and feedback mechanisms, and making recommendations for continuous improvement
