Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AHP to join our team at Medway Community Healthcare as an AHP Practice Education Facilitator. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and drive forward the AHP education agenda, making a real impact on the future of healthcare.

Main Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the strategic planning and development of AHP training programmes to ensure alignment with organisational goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify training needs and develop comprehensive learning objectives and outcomes.
  • Design and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and educational materials that promote best practices and evidence-based care.
  • Provide ongoing support, mentorship, and supervision to AHP students, preceptors, and newly qualified practitioners to facilitate their transition into clinical practice.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes through assessment and feedback mechanisms, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with advancements in AHP practice, education, and technology to ensure training programmes remain current and relevant.
