Kennedys is seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate or Associate to join our Healthcare Division in Newcastle, specializing in NHS Resolution clinical negligence claims.
Team and ClientsThe Healthcare division advises NHS Resolution, NHS Trusts, and medical malpractice insurers on EL/PL and clinical negligence claims. Our team has a presence across London, Cambridge, Sheffield, Birmingham, and some of our global offices.
- NHS Resolution
- NHS Healthcare clients
- Independent hospital groups and practitioners
The successful candidate will have:
- 1-4 years' experience as a UK Qualified Solicitor or CILEX qualified with relevant experience
- Previous claims and inquest experience
- Previous client contact and attendance at business development events
- Knowledge of insurance and coverage issues
