This 12-month contract position offers a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to be involved with exciting pharmaceutical projects, including the development and production of veterinary vaccines.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience supporting senior executives, with advanced computer skills and experience with SAP, Ariba, and Concur.

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience). This figure is based on national averages for similar positions in London and may vary depending on the individual's qualifications and background.

In this role, you will provide general secretarial/clerical support, HR systems related activities, and coordinate multiple tasks while understanding project principles and technical skills. You will also prioritize workload, multitask, and work efficiently with little supervision.

You will schedule complex travel arrangements, communicate effectively with executives and internal/external clients, and maintain confidentiality. If you are a detail-oriented, organized, and effective administrator with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.
