Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Receptionist / Showroom Host at Lookers VW Newcastle. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing a professional and friendly welcome
  • Maintain a clean and tidy showroom environment, ensuring a positive impression for our customers
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve our goals
  • Assist with general administrative duties, including data entry and filing
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be highly organized, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask.
