About the Role
Ross Care is a dynamic company seeking a Community Health and Engagement Officer to join our East Sussex Wheelchair Services team in Eastbourne. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of healthcare services and a passion for creating engaging experiences for service users.
The successful candidate will work closely with NHS, Local Authority, and Social Care Organisations to develop and implement effective stakeholder engagement strategies. They will contribute to service quality assurance procedures, support our complaints process, and participate in ongoing service improvement activities.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including service users, carers, and professionals.
- Create and deliver presentations and reports to stakeholders, as required.
- Support the development and implementation of service improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in stakeholder engagement, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
