Patient Administrator Position

The successful candidate will ensure a seamless patient journey.
About the Job- Contacting patients via phone and email at all stages of their care.
- Administering services, including patient booking, result coordination, clinician support, query resolution, and delivering excellent service standards.
- Effectively managing internal systems to manage patient flow and provide clinicians with necessary notes.
- Strong administrative experience.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Desirable but not essential: ERS and System One experience.
- Advantageous: previous experience in healthcare administration.
Location: Eastbourne
Working Hours: Permanent, full-time
Salary: £22,662.36 upon starting, increasing to £23,387.43 after 6 months, and further to £24,642.72 after 2 years.
Salary Range: £22,662.36 - £24,642.72 per annum, based on location and experience.-
