About the Job
  • Contacting patients via phone and email at all stages of their care.
  • Administering services, including patient booking, result coordination, clinician support, query resolution, and delivering excellent service standards.
  • Effectively managing internal systems to manage patient flow and provide clinicians with necessary notes.
About You
  • Strong administrative experience.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Desirable but not essential: ERS and System One experience.
  • Advantageous: previous experience in healthcare administration.
Key Details

Location: Eastbourne

Working Hours: Permanent, full-time

Salary: £22,662.36 upon starting, increasing to £23,387.43 after 6 months, and further to £24,642.72 after 2 years.

Salary Range: £22,662.36 - £24,642.72 per annum, based on location and experience.
