Responsibilities and Requirements

As a Diagnostic Assistant with Patient Focus, you will be responsible for coordinating the arrival and departure of patients, completing pre-scan data protection forms, and monitoring patients' conditions after procedure. You will also be required to manage administrative tasks, including dealing with enquiries, booking appointments, and invoicing patients.

We require someone with excellent written and verbal communication skills, who is able to work independently and as part of a team. You will need to have a good understanding of health and safety and infection control procedures and be passionate about delivering high-quality patient care. A passion for learning and development is also essential, as you will be expected to attend courses to enhance your knowledge and skills.
