We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Teaching Assistant to join our team at the Willow Hearing Support Centre, based at Sellincourt Primary School in Tooting.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will work with children across all age ranges, providing academic support, social input, and assistance with audiology and access to the curriculum.

As a member of our team, you will be expected to be patient, calm, and caring, with a high level of awareness when caring for children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide academic support to children with sensory impairments
  • Assist with social input and activities to promote social development
  • Support children with audiology and access to the curriculum
  • Work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a patient, calm, and caring individual with a high level of awareness when caring for children.

You will also need to be able to adapt to a busy and ever-changing environment and engage with the multi-disciplinary team involved in the student's wider care provision.
