Main Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Clinical Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for supporting the management and expenditure of temporary staffing, including bank and agency staffing, excluding medical staffing.

You will also be responsible for supporting the bed management process across all adult and older persons inpatient units, including Out of Area beds when required. Additionally, you will provide relevant supervision and guidance to Band 6 repatriation officers.

Requirements
  • Experience of working at a management level.
  • Experience of operational management/ward management.
  • Management of complex systems and processes.
  • Training to level 3 in Safeguarding Adults: roles and competencies for Health Care staff.
  • NMC/Professional Body Registered.
  • Project management knowledge to masters level or equivalent.
  • Postgraduate qualification relevant to specialism.
Knowledge and Skills
  • Management of change.
  • Local Admissions and Discharge Protocols and Escalation policies.
  • Awareness of community structures and social care options and processes.
