About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Communications Specialist to join our team at Dechra. As a key member of our communications team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a global communications plan that supports the achievement of our strategic objectives.

Your primary focus will be on designing and delivering internal communications strategies that engage and inform our employees across the globe. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their communication needs and develop targeted plans to meet those needs.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and managing a global communications plan to ensure consistent delivery of key messages and information.
  • Designing and delivering internal communications strategies to engage and inform employees.
  • Working with stakeholders to understand their communication needs and develop targeted plans.
  • Maximizing the value of internal communications channels and leveraging existing good practice.
  • Supporting the DM&S change agenda through membership of project teams and timely communications.

We are looking for a collaborative and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication and project management skills. If you have experience in developing online content and working in multi-disciplinary change project teams, this could be the ideal role for you.

Key Skills:

  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
