About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic organization that's revolutionizing the way small businesses access finance. As a Business Development Manager, you'll play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with brokers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service, developing strategic partnerships, and achieving ambitious revenue targets.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing plans to drive revenue growth through new business opportunities and existing relationships
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with brokers, internal teams, and stakeholders
- Delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and efficient processing of loan applications
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Meeting and exceeding revenue targets, while continuously improving processes and procedures
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Proven experience in a business development or sales role, preferably within the fintech industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with brokers and internal teams
- A results-driven mindset, with a track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex financial data
