Key responsibilities include:

  • Achieving and exceeding annual sales targets
  • Conducting regular business reviews with the sales team
  • Attending field accompaniments with team members to independent and key account customers
  • Providing regular reports on sales performance against targets
  • Analysing sales data to drive informed decision-making
  • Representing the brand at trade and retail exhibitions

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with senior management to develop and implement sales strategies that drive business growth. You will also have the chance to build strong relationships with key accounts and international distributors, and to identify new opportunities for expansion.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have proven experience in key account management and leading a successful sales team. You will also need to have strong presentation, communication, and customer relationship management skills, as well as the ability to analyse market data and adjust strategies accordingly.

The salary for this role is estimated to be between £60,000 and £75,000 per year, depending on experience, with a 20% on-target bonus. Other benefits include a company vehicle or car allowance, mobile phone and laptop, and 22 days of annual leave increasing to 25 days with length of service.
