The estimated salary for this role is around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting exit interviews with GPs who are leaving practices in Lanarkshire, as well as stay interviews with those who remain.

The goal of these interviews is to gain a deeper understanding of why GPs leave or stay in their current roles, and to identify strategies for improving retention.

We hope to use this information to enhance future retention across Lanarkshire and improve patient care.
