Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

We are Defence Primary Healthcare, a dedicated organisation working to provide excellent care to entitled personnel. Our team at Neptune Medical Centre is committed to delivering high-quality primary healthcare services to our patients.
We are looking for a dynamic and organised Band 5 Practice Nurse who will be working within our Primary Healthcare team. The successful candidate will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, leading the delivery of primary healthcare nursing, including elements of occupational health.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team. They will be responsible for providing specialist primary care, considering patient safety, privacy, and dignity. This will include delivering appropriate treatment, screening, and advice to patients within their professional competence and in accordance with clinical guidelines and protocols.
We offer a competitive salary of £29,388 per annum, plus benefits, including a generous pension scheme and opportunities for professional development.
