About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Transformation Lead to join our team at Goodman Masson. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business improvement and process excellence across our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead business improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement process improvement plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Analyze complex data to identify trends, patterns, and areas of inefficiency, and develop actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new business processes, systems, and technologies.
  • Identify and mitigate operational risks to maintain compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, employees, and external partners.
  • Provide coaching and support to employees to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to drive business improvement and innovation.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in business transformation, process improvement, and operational excellence.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of business operations and processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other business software applications.
