About the Role

We are seeking a highly influential and customer-focused Senior HR Business Partner to join our team at Elevation Recruitment Group. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in driving forward organisational effectiveness and supporting the company's HR transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that drive business growth and improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior management to ensure effective communication and alignment of HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Design, develop, and deliver people initiatives that align with business insights and needs, including workforce planning, talent management, and high-performance culture.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to senior managers on HR-related matters, including change management, organisational development, and employee engagement.
  • Contribute to the development of business strategies and plans, ensuring that HR considerations are fully integrated and aligned with organisational goals.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a strategic HR business partner in a large matrix organisation, with a track record of driving transformational change.
  • Sound knowledge of workforce planning, talent management, and high-performance culture, with the ability to develop and implement effective strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Minimum Level 7 CIPD qualified, with a strong understanding of HR best practices and industry trends.
  • Union experience is desirable, but not essential.
