About the Role

Cygnet Health Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care and Support Specialist to join our team at Cygnet Sedgley House. As a Care and Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centered care and support to individuals with mental health needs, autism, and learning disabilities.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, medication management, and meal preparation.
  • Support individuals to maintain their independence and engage in activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive environment by maintaining a clean and organized living space.
