About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor to join our team at ABL 1Touch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing vehicle damage and producing accurate estimates and invoices to meet our high standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce accurate and timely estimates and invoices to meet our Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Maintain effective control of estimating costs to meet budget objectives
  • Ensure consistent exceptional customer service is provided
  • Assist in facilitating efficient site production
Requirements
  • Technical skills, knowledge, and experience of body and paint repair in the retail Accident and Repair industry
  • Technical and estimating experience
  • Ability to attain ATA accreditation if required by the company
  • Knowledge of current estimating systems, such as Audatex, Glassmatix, E-scribe, Glass's evaluator, and Ezi methods
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Audatex Gold annual training
  • Ability to work as part of a team with a can-do attitude
  • Up-to-date knowledge of vehicle legislation, consumer legislation, and trade practices
