Commercial Director

As a Commercial Manager at DMA Recruitment, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the commercial strategy, working closely with the Head of Operations. Your key responsibilities will include driving profitability, delivering first-class customer service, and ensuring operational excellence to propel the business forward.
The Role:
Leading Infrastructure, Acquisitions, and Commercial Projects across the South of England with a focus on efficiency and precision.
Driving net revenue growth, operational performance, and efficiencies that enhance business success.
Producing and delivering budgets, forecasts, and commercial models with accuracy and transparency.
Providing insightful reporting to highlight business performance.
Anticipating future capacity and evolving service offerings to keep pace with industry trends, legislation, and customer demands.
About You:
We're looking for a results-driven individual who can thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. You'll ideally have:
- Proven experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Expertise in change management.
- The ability to develop and present financial models and business plans with confidence.
- Strong business acumen and a track record of driving success.
- Experience with BI systems to produce clear, actionable reports.
