With over 50 years' expertise in meat craft, Kepak Group is still leading the way with bespoke innovations and highly successful, international food brands.

We are seeking a Production Operative to join our growing team in Kirkham, on a permanent fixed night shift contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Assembling, packing, and dispatching our product range
  • Completing intervention clean-downs using chemicals and according to standard operating procedures
  • Working as a team to follow the daily production plan, set up the production line, and carry out checks
  • Acting in a responsible manner to follow Health & Safety and Technical regulations
  • Reporting any quality, hygiene, or other issues to the Line Leader promptly to minimize downtime
  • Complying with all policies and procedures
  • Employees must cooperate with their training, asking questions, and ensuring they feel satisfied in relation to all aspects of the area and line.
  • Reporting any accidents or near misses as per the accident policy
  • Other duties as specified by the Line Manager
