About the Role:

We are seeking an Experienced VR Designer to join our team for a period of 3 months on future content for our recently released game Infinite Inside. As a key member of our team, you will own design for the project and be responsible for scoping out and implementing gameplay features. The project is being made in Unity, so experience working in Unity is a must. You will ensure the future content matches that of previously released titles and what is expected of our studio, meet project deadlines, and collaborate closely with a small team consisting of the Creative Director, Art Lead, Lead Engineer, Audio, and QA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the design development and implementation of features
• Own creation of puzzles and new gameplay elements
• Integration of node-based navigation system within the level
• Collaborate with Art Lead to scope out user interactions
• Bring design solutions to life with dynamic interactive prototypes and support their final delivery in-product
• Bug fixing and polish
• Build strong collaborative working relationships across the team and studio to ensure consistent high-quality user experiences

Requirements:

• Three years or more industry experience and at least one shipped title
• Experience being the sole/principal designer for a project
• Understanding of puzzles and challenge mechanics
• Gameplay design experience
• Excellent working knowledge of Unity 3D
• Experience of working with multiple VR platforms
