Creative Lead – Specialising in VR Gaming

We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Lead to spearhead the development of cutting-edge VR gaming projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in video game design and a passion for leading creative teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement creative strategies for VR gaming projects.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Director to set project objectives and strategies.
  • Design and deliver engaging pitches to secure clients and stakeholder buy-in.
  • Translate concepts into compelling visuals and mock-ups.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the creative team through all stages of development.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the team.

Requirements:

  • A portfolio that showcases experience in VR gaming.
  • 5+ years in a senior creative role.
  • Degree or equivalent in design, advertising, or a related field.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and other essential design tools.
  • Strong experience in AR/VR immersive technologies.
  • Exceptional communication and project management abilities.
