About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Residential Development team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing large-scale residential development projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute projects to deliver client requirements on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Provide expert advice on project management best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Manage project information and documentation within a Common Data Environment.
  • Procure and manage contracts, including the NEC4 suite of contracts.
  • Implement quality management processes and ensure adherence to industry standards.
  • Utilize IT systems to maximize service delivery and project efficiency.
  • Manage project costing and billing processes.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in residential development project management, preferably with a recognized qualification in project management or a complementary field.
  • Accredited NEC3 or NEC4 Project Management status is advantageous.
  • Membership of a recognized professional body, such as MAPM or RICS, is desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
