Key Responsibilities- Plan and execute projects to meet client requirements, budget, and quality standards.
- Develop and implement project plans, including project scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Manage project teams, including internal and external stakeholders, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project progress and quality.
- Monitor and control project costs, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, including developing and implementing risk management plans.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure successful project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in the residential development sector.
- Strong understanding of project management principles, including project planning, execution, monitoring, and control.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Membership of a recognized professional body, such as the Association for Project Management (APM) or the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
