About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Residential Development team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing large-scale residential development projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute projects to deliver client requirements on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Understand and interpret project scope, and plan and agree project deliverables with stakeholders.
  • Provide expert advice on project management, and manage project information within a Common Data Environment.
  • Manage procurement processes, and administer industry-standard contracts, including the NEC4 suite.
  • Implement quality management processes, and use IT systems to maximize service delivery.
  • Responsibility for project costing and billing, and establishing capital budget parameters.
Requirements
  • Experience in the residential sector, with a strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
  • Membership of a recognized professional body, or working towards full membership (e.g. MAPM/ RICS).
  • A recognized qualification in Project Management, or a complementary field such as Quantity Surveying/Building Surveying or Engineering.
  • Accredited NEC3 or NEC4 Project Management status.
