Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Project Management: Manage residential construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion, quality, and budget adherence.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of Assistant/Site Managers, providing training and development opportunities.
  3. Operational Management: Oversee the operational aspects of projects, including scheduling, material procurement, and subcontractor management.
  4. Quality Control: Ensure high-quality construction standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
  5. Cost Management: Manage project costs, ensuring they are within budget and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
  6. Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
Requirements:
  1. Experience: Minimum 10 years' experience in a construction management role within the house-building sector.
  2. Qualifications: CSCS Managers Card, SMSTS.
  3. Skills: Strong leadership and project management skills, excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
