We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Clinical Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Recruitment team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top clinical talent to support our business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing and recruiting clinical staff through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
  • Assisting in the development of recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Managing prospect data lists and ensuring high levels of data accuracy
  • Collaborating with the Recruitment Manager to achieve recruitment goals
Requirements
  • A keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively at all levels
  • Flexibility to travel and attend events, exhibitions, and meetings UK-wide
