Ramboll is a leading global provider of environmental, health, and safety (EHS) due diligence services. We support clients in hundreds of M&A transactions annually, acting for global private equity houses, multinational businesses, and other institutions.
This role offers the opportunity to further your career in environmental due diligence, playing a key part in Ramboll's transaction advisory practice. You will work on challenging projects for high-calibre clients as part of a collaborative and experienced global due diligence consulting team.
Key Responsibilities- Support the delivery of environmental due diligence projects across various sectors, including data room document reviews, site visits, and reporting.
- Identify, assess, and communicate environmental risks and opportunities to clients and stakeholders.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of key UK and European environmental regulations and stay up-to-date with the latest developments in environmental policy and regulation.
- Build relationships and collaborate with our international environmental due diligence team to enhance your opportunities to work on a wide range of projects.
- Demonstrable experience in environmental due diligence consulting, including data room reviews, site visits, and reporting.
- Ability to quickly interpret and critically analyze environmental information, assess potential risks or opportunities, and propose pragmatic solutions.
- Professional understanding of the UK and key European legal framework of environmental liabilities and compliance requirements.
- Ability to work successfully with UK and international colleagues to ensure timely and commercially successful delivery of environmental due diligence projects.
- Experience in project management or providing project management support in environmental due diligence.
