About the Role

Owen Daniels is a leading precision engineering business operating in the aerospace and energy markets. As an HR Advisor, you will play a vital role in providing generalist advice and support across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will work closely with business leaders to execute business strategies and cultivate our organisational culture.
  • Create a supportive environment for HR initiatives, employee advocacy, and organisation design.
  • Drive people strategy and processes to ensure employees' performance and capabilities meet current and future business needs.
  • Develop and implement HR processes and policies to support business growth and success.
  • Ensure HR metrics align with business metrics and drive improvement in delivery to support key business initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and counselling on legislative, regulatory, and compliance issues to achieve business goals.
  • Proactively identify business and HR objectives and develop project teams to achieve desired results.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives, including Gallup Q12 and PTOP.
  • Maintain awareness of relevant legislation and update management as needed.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in HR within a complex organization, ideally in the manufacturing sector.
  • Significant knowledge of HR policies and processes, including workforce planning and talent management.
  • Strong change management experience is required.

Benefits

Owen Daniels offers a competitive salary range of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
