Finance Business Partner Opportunity

Elevation Recruitment Group is seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in supporting the company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Bids and Tenders process from a financial perspective, providing detailed analysis and pricing recommendations as needed
  • Provide key financial data and insights to inform business decisions
  • Identify and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) that underpin business performance
  • Lead and develop the finance team to ensure they are equipped to meet the company's needs
  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the finance function, including the month-end close process and management accounting
  • Develop and manage major sales contracts to ensure they are aligned with the company's goals
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement the company's financial strategy
Requirements:
  • Experience of leading and mentoring high-performing finance teams
  • CIMA, ACCA, or ACA qualification
  • Experience of contract management and a strong understanding of commercial acumen
  • Diligent attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate reporting and presentations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to challenge senior leaders
  • Highly numerate with a strong understanding of profit and loss accounting and financial transactions
