About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Reporting Lead to join our Ki Finance Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the timely and accurate preparation and submission of statutory returns for Lloyd's, including Solvency II returns, and statutory accounts for KI's Lloyd's Syndicates, Syndicate related legal entities, and any other regulated entities within the Ki Group.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Regulatory Reporting team to ensure timely and accurate preparation and submission of statutory returns and accounts.
Provide technical knowledge, advice, and expertise to the business on all areas of Regulatory Reporting, including the implementation of changes in the regulatory regime.
Drive improvements in the operational efficiency of the team, including the implementation of new processes and systems as required.
Support the Head of External Reporting in their responsibilities.

About You:
You will have experience working within the commercial insurance sector, with knowledge of the Lloyd's Market, and a good understanding of Lloyd's reporting as well as production of statutory accounts. You will be confident in communicating with senior stakeholders and have a sound understanding of current insurance industry standards and external statutory and regulatory requirements.
