Healthcare Operations Specialist

Evolve Selection is looking for a highly motivated and experienced healthcare professional to manage the day-to-day operations of our dialysis unit.
Compensation Package: $110,000 - $140,000 per annumThe successful candidate will have a proven track record of improving patient care and satisfaction, with experience in a managerial role within an acute care setting, preferably in renal care or dialysis.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate.
- Experience working with electronic medical records systems is desirable.
Developing and implementing strategies to enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
Ensuring seamless delivery of patient care services, managing resources effectively and prioritizing tasks accordingly.
Fostering a culture of quality, adhering to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Essential Requirements:- Demonstrated expertise in renal care or dialysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
