Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to lead the procurement of goods and services for the Hinchingbrooke Hospital Redevelopment Programme. As a key member of the Insight Executive Group Limited team, you will be responsible for delivering the Trust's Procurement Strategy, ensuring excellent value, high-quality, and efficient supply processes.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive procurement strategy aligned with the Trust's objectives and NHS procurement policies.
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and drive savings across all procurement activities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless procurement processes and effective supply chain management.
- Monitor and report on procurement performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in procurement management, preferably in a healthcare or infrastructure project.
- Strong knowledge of NHS procurement policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and manage multiple priorities.
