East London Lettings Team Lead

As a Lettings Branch Manager at haart Estate Agents in Leytonstone, you will be responsible for leading and coaching your team to deliver exceptional service to our landlords and tenants. You will have an excellent knowledge of the East London lettings market and a strong focus on generating new and repeat business.
Key Responsibilities- Lead daily meetings with the Lettings team to discuss key performance indicators (KPIs) and goals.
- C coach the team to achieve KPIs and monitor individual team member performance through regular one-to-one meetings.
- Maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, negotiating offers and agreeing new tenancies while ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of local competitors and their strategies.
- Oversee time-sensitive and high-volume workloads while prioritizing customer satisfaction.
- Full UK driving license for a manual vehicle.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience within residential lettings at a senior negotiator position or higher.
- Excellent communication skills, enabling the creation of trusting relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
- Ability to create and implement business plans tailored to your branch's needs.
- Strong IT skills, including basic Microsoft packages.
- A keen eye for detail and ability to work independently.
The salary for this role is £50,000+ based on on-target earnings, with a basic salary ranging from £22,000 to £32,000 dependent on experience. Additionally, you will receive:
