We are seeking a dedicated Housing Support Professional to join our team in the Brecon area. As a key member of our housing support team, you will be responsible for providing advice, support, motivation, crisis intervention, and future planning to clients experiencing difficulties with their tenancies.


**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Undertake assessments and casework with clients seeking support or resettlement
  • Develop positive working relationships with clients to facilitate the best possible outcomes
  • Liaise with appropriate agencies to address issues of social isolation and exclusion


You will also be required to assist clients with their finances and grant claims, ensuring they have access to the necessary support to achieve independent living.


The ideal candidate will possess experience as a Tenancy Support Worker and knowledge of current welfare and housing benefits. Additionally, they should be able to drive and have access to their own vehicle due to the nature of the support.


We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £28,500 per annum, based on 37.5 hours per week, inclusive of holiday pay. This role is perfect for individuals looking for a new challenge within the housing sector and eager to make a positive impact in the lives of our clients.
