About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Estate Manager to join our team at Rendall & Rittner. As an Estate Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring statutory compliance across your estate and have a good all-round knowledge of building safety regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record in managing leasehold buildings, conducting site inspections, and ensuring Health & Safety regulations are adhered to. They will also have a basic working knowledge of building maintenance systems.

The salary for this role is £46,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, and includes 25 days holiday plus national holiday days.

Responsibilities
  • Manage leasehold buildings and ensure statutory compliance
  • Conduct site inspections and maintain Health & Safety standards
  • Oversee external contractors and property maintenance
  • Have a good understanding of building safety regulations and conduct regular visual inspections
Requirements
  • Experienced residential estate manager with a demonstrated track record in managing leasehold buildings
  • Good understanding of building safety regulations and Health & Safety standards
  • Basic working knowledge of building maintenance systems
