**Become a Business Leader in Estate Agency**

We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead our estate agency business in a designated core area. As a Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing a strong estate agency presence, and leading a team of sales professionals.

Our Partners enjoy a competitive basic salary of £20,000 to £27,500 per year, plus uncapped commission scheme, which can result in earnings of up to £50,000+ per year. You will have the support of our learning and development team, local property centre, technology, and industry-leading marketing to help you grow your business.

The role involves making decisions on targeted marketing and canvassing, developing business contacts with local constituencies, and converting market appraisal opportunities into instructions. You will also be responsible for overseeing the sale process from valuation to completion.

This is an ideal opportunity for individuals who have at least 4 years of estate agency experience and want to take on a leadership role within the company. If you have a passion for sales and business development, we encourage you to apply.
