Salary: Estimated salary is around £22,000 - £25,000 per annum (dependent on experience) based on a 37-hour week.
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Support Staff Member to join our team at Voyage Care Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients. Your main responsibilities will include assisting clients with daily living tasks, supporting them with personal care, and promoting their independence and well-being. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns or issues to your line manager. Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively as part of a team, and be flexible to meet the changing needs of our clients.
Requirements and Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you must have relevant experience and qualifications in the care sector. A Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification is desirable. You must also have a valid DBS check and be willing to undergo regular training and development opportunities. Our ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and support, and have a passion for working with vulnerable adults.
