Hospitality Support Staff

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Culinary Team Member to join our dynamic team at ESS, part of Compass Group UK & Ireland. As a Catering Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to a positive and friendly work environment.
Job ResponsibilitiesAs a Culinary Team Member, your main responsibilities will include:
- Preparing delicious meals that meet our clients' expectations
- Crafting eye-catching food displays to draw customers in
- Proudly representing Defence and embodying our positive brand image
- Handling transactions efficiently and operating the cash register with accuracy
- Ensuring a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to Health & Safety regulations
To be successful as a Culinary Team Member, you will need:
- A positive attitude and passion for delivering excellent customer service
- The ability to work well under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management and reliability skills
- Prioritization of safety in every task undertaken
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits, including:
