Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our Ship Maintenance team. As a Project Administrator, you will be responsible for processing Change Requests, assisting with configuration control, and closing tasks on projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Change Requests for Ship Maintenance projects
- Assist with configuration control of project documentation
- Close tasks on projects and chase relevant stakeholders
- Attend project meetings
- Assist different stakeholders from Project Managers to procurement to planning
Requirements:
- Use of an ERP System
- Managing and prioritizing workload
- Microsoft Suite – Outlook/Word/Excel
- Strong communication and admin skills
- Using ERP System – SAP

About the Team:
We are a team of 6 who manage the project administration for ship's maintenance and defects. The team is responsible for dealing with Change Requests for the projects they are working on, running cost reports for jobs, attaching all reports relevant for the tasks, and making sure that the job is completed and closed.
Working with Us:
The team works on different ship class platforms and with different stakeholders including Project Managers, procurement, engineers, and the Navy/MoD.
