About the Role

We are seeking an experienced nurse to lead our elective surgical department. As a Band 5/6 sister, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our patients and leading a team of healthcare professionals.

With a strong background in relevant specialties, you will have evidence of post-qualification study and a passion for patient safety. You will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care effectively.

Salary: £43,041 - £61,777 per annum (dependent on experience)
