Elective Surgery Nurse

The Surgical Admissions Lounge at Wythenshawe Hospital, part of Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust, is seeking a skilled Elective Surgery Nurse to join our team. As a Band 6 sister/charge nurse, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional quality care to our elective surgical patients.
We are looking for a suitably experienced nurse who is passionate about patient safety and has the ability to lead a team and work autonomously. The ideal candidate will have relevant post-registration experience in relevant specialties and a strong motivation to take on new challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
- To provide high-quality nursing care to elective surgical patients
- To lead and manage a team of nurses to deliver excellent patient outcomes
- To develop and implement new policies and procedures to improve patient care
