About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Nurse Manager at Bedford Care Home in Leigh. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for leading, supervising, and training our care staff to deliver high-quality person-centred care to our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the care team to ensure the delivery of excellent care to residents.
  • Supervise and train care staff to maintain high standards of care and adhere to our company values.
  • Conduct general nursing duties, including wound care, observations, and medication administration.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and medication.
  • Ensure the dignity and respect of residents are maintained at all times.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and other stakeholders.
