We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Oncology Homecare Nurse to join our team at LloydsPharmacy Clinical Homecare Limited. As a key member of our clinical homecare team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and support to individuals with complex conditions.

About the Role

As an Oncology Homecare Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals with cancer and other complex conditions. Your duties will include:

  • Administering chemotherapy and other medications in the comfort of patients' own homes
  • Conducting regular assessments and monitoring patients' progress
  • Providing education and support to patients and their families
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
